Our "Look Before You Buy" Policy

We do not require an "Up-Front" payment before beginning work on your website.

You will not be billed until you have approved the design and authorize us to continue developing your website.

We will design your "Home Page" and publish it to a temporary site on the Internet for you to view and critique. After we have made any design changes you have requested and you have authorized us to continue developing your website, a deposit will be required before developing the remaining web pages.

Payment Options & Policies

• The total first year fees are due upon completion of your website.

• The annual renewal fee will become due each year on the anniversary date that web hosting services were setup for your website. This may not be the same date that your website was completed.

• Renewal fees must be paid annually in advance. If you decide to discontinue your services with us after the first year, you will be refunded for any unused months that have been prepaid.

• Payments may be made by check or credit card via PayPal.

If the balance due has not been paid in full within 30 days of the due date, late charges may be applied and access to your e-mail and website may be suspended.
